Whilst working with Invisible Ink, I worked with the Australian Timor-Leste Advancement Society to create a virtual live event that brought together the donors and those involved within the charity. Their annual event, Timor Time, was unable to occur physically (as usual) due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and therefore my expertise with online video and promotional marketing came as I led the project.
Timor Time 2020 - What is it?
Timor Time 2020 involved 6 episodes where guest speakers would tell the history of Timor-Leste and their rise to independence. These 6 guest speakers needed to be filmed in their homes (whilst under strict COVID measures) and edited together to create a coherent storyline. Each episode was released on consecutive Saturdays at 10am and promoted through their email listing, website, and social media presence on Facebook.
I was in charge of the scripting, editing, audio, filming, marketing and distribution of the virtual event.
Finally, I also narrated the project showcase that followed the guest speakers.
